CURRENT SCOPE

Current website processing scope

  • The current website has no consultation form, account registration or payment function.
  • The website does not currently collect Google Analytics 4 statistics. Google Signals and Naver and Kakao advertising pixels are also not used.
  • The hosting provider (Google Firebase) processes access logs (IP address, browser information, requested page address and access time) for security and service operation. RECOVER keeps these records for 30 days, uses them only to check errors, count how often the consultation buttons are used and compile visit-flow statistics that identify no one (where visits come from, which pages they open and how far they read), and does not combine them with advertising profiles.
  • When a visit arrives through a Naver search ad, the search term, keyword and ad position that Naver appends to the address are recorded with the requested address, and this information is likewise kept for 30 days and used only to measure advertising results.
  • After following an external map or blog link, processing is governed by that service's policy.

ANALYTICS STATUS

Analytics suspension and existing data

Website GA4 collection was suspended on September 7, 2026. Newly served pages do not load Google analytics tags or transmit visit or inquiry-click statistics, even if you previously consented.

Before suspension, collection was limited to consented visits and inquiry clicks on general-information pages. Clinical details, fees, cases, videos and individual articles were excluded. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, entered content and search terms were not sent to GA4.

Google LLC (United States) is the processor and overseas recipient of statistics transmitted before suspension. Existing data may be processed in the United States and on Google processing servers. Suspending collection does not mean previously stored data is immediately deleted.

Existing GA4 user and event retention is set to two months without resetting on new activity. Standard aggregate reports follow separate retention rules. Previously stored analytics cookies and consent choices are not used for analytics on newly served pages. You can remove them in your browser's site-data settings.

For privacy enquiries and access, correction, deletion or suspension requests, call RECOVER Clinic Gangnam at 02-508-1075. We verify only the minimum information needed for the request and do not send telephone consultation content to GA4.

CHANGE LOG

Changes and corrections

You can use the website and consultation links without a statistics-consent prompt. Contact the clinic to request deletion of previously collected data. If analytics is reintroduced, we will first explain the updated processing scope and any required choices.
